Why your business needs the Nursery Industry Statistics benchmarking tool
NY21000 Nursery Industry Statistics continues to integrate valuable data into this project’s benchmarking tool, enabling growers to benchmark their business performance against similar businesses. Find out how this interactive benchmarking tool can help grow your business during one of our free webinars to be held on Thursday 5 and Thursday 19 May 2022.
NY21000 Nursery Industry Statistics is a five-year data collection project to capture the value and volume of greenlife production in Australia and provide growers with an interactive benchmarking tool for each year of the project.
Over time the benchmarking tool has developed into a more interactive tool, building off the year-on-year data collected and how growers are using the tool to benchmark against similar businesses and track markets and sales trends.
The Nursery Industry Statistics Project Reference Group (PRG) are specifically interested in how the benchmarking tool has influenced business management decision making, the resale value of product and how COVID-19 has impacted the industry with feedback from growers who use the tool and further case studies to follow.
The aim is to continually reassess the tool to improve its use and value generated for growers (levy payers) and industry and allow users to quickly extract relevant value from the tool.
